Job Planning and Staff Schedule in One System

A classic staff schedule answers the question of who works when. As soon as your employees work at clients' premises, on building sites or at different properties, that is no longer enough: then it also matters where the work is done and what needs doing there.

That is why Crew Active plans jobs, not just shifts. All of an employee's jobs make up their schedule, which they see in the app. A job includes:

  • Client and job address, also for clients with several properties
  • Start and end, one or more employees
  • Tasks, for example regular cleaning or paving work
  • Notes for the team and internal notes that only the office sees
  • Vehicles, machines or accommodation as resources
  • Photos that the office and employees attach directly to the job
  • Files such as plans or specifications that your team opens in the app (switch it on yourself)
