  • Invite employees with a link

    Invite employees by email or with a link from the Crew Active app. With the link it works without an email address of their own and without a password.

  • Recorded work is protected

    Crew Active does not let anyone delete a job with recorded times or photos, so nothing is lost by mistake. A customer with jobs or hours is set to inactive instead of deleted. The office can still delete a single time entry on purpose, but not an invoiced, paid or customer-signed one.

  • Photos from dead spots too

    If a job photo cannot be sent without a signal, it stays on the phone. The app sends it by itself once it is open and has a signal again, for up to 14 days.

  • You work too? Then clock in too

    As the owner, link your own employee login in the app and switch with one tap between the office view and your own jobs with the time clock. That login counts like any active employee in your package.

  • The office on your phone too

    The web app adapts to your phone: the calendar as a day list instead of a month grid, plus a team view of who is free when.

  • Who else is on the job?

    On each job, every employee sees in the app who is scheduled with them. Only name and picture, no phone numbers.

  • The app speaks Turkish, Romanian and Polish

    Plus German, English and Italian. Every employee picks their own language in the app.

  • Payslips straight to the phone

    Payslips, contracts and certificates are in the app, and new ones are marked. Employees send a sick note back as a photo.

  • DATEV export for your payroll office

    At the end of the month, download a LODAS file with each employee's hours in the browser, with holiday and sick leave if you need them.

  • Bring overtime over from your old system

    A time account with target hours per weekday, and in the office the balance up to yesterday. Enter the balance from your previous system as the starting value.

  • Employees report “not available”

    In the app, no phone call. The office gets a push notification, and Crew Active warns you if you schedule them anyway. If someone calls instead, the office enters it itself.

  • Your own hourly price per customer

    The customer's price plus a surcharge per activity, or a fixed rate per job when you need one. It goes straight into the billing proposal.

  • Checklists to tick off

    Set what has to be done at each site. Your team ticks off the points in the app, even without a signal. You see on the job what was done and download the proof as a PDF. On request.

  • Check start and stop at your company site

    Does your team start at the depot? Then at the first start of the day, at every stop or at both, the app checks that the phone is within a radius of your company address, 200 m to 1 km. No geofencing at customer sites. The check runs in the app only: what it checks cannot be tapped in the browser, and your team needs the current app. Switch it on under Account > Features.

  • Files on the job

    Attach plans, specifications or instructions to the job in the browser, as PDF, Word or Excel files up to 20 MB. Your team opens them in the app. Switch it on under Account > Features.

  • The employee app, your rules

    Switch on what your team has in the app: a customer search across their own appointments, a day note on the job, the month list, all of the company's jobs today. Or employees chat only with the office. Switch it on under Account > Features.

  • Done reports from your team

    After the stop, your employee reports in the app whether the job is finished. Under Customers > Billing you see what is ready to bill. On request.

  • Admin rights for employees

    Give single employees admin rights: they work in the office view like you, in the browser and in the app. The package, cancelling, your password and giving rights stay with you. There are no graded rights: all or nothing. On request.

  • Balance in the app, or not at all

    Your employees see each day in the app with start, end, break, actual and target hours, and how their balance comes from that. Or you hide the time account from employees. Switch it on under Account > Features.

  • Break deduction by your rule

    If you use the automatic break deduction, deduct at most 30 minutes instead of up to 30 minutes after more than 6 hours and up to 45 after more than 9, or set your own rule per employee, for example up to 20 minutes after more than 5 hours. Switch it on under Account > Features and on the employee.
