Invite employees with a link or QR code
In the app, send a new employee a link or show them a QR code, only to invite them, not to clock in. They download the app, open the link and are signed in, even without an email address of their own.
Photos from dead spots too
If a job photo cannot be sent without a signal, it stays on the phone. The app sends it by itself once it is open and has a signal again, for up to 14 days.
Who else is on the job?
On each job, every employee sees in the app who is scheduled with them. Only name and picture, no phone numbers.
You work too? Then clock in too
As the owner, link your own employee login in the app and switch with one tap between the office view and your own jobs with the time clock. That login counts like any active employee in your package.
The employee app, your rules
Switch on what your team has in the app: a customer search across their own appointments, a day note on the job that the office and colleagues on the same job see, the month list, a day view with their balance, and all of the company's jobs today with address and team. Or employees chat only with the office. Switch it on under Account > Features.
Customer signature
After Stop, the customer signs on your employee's phone and enters their name. You see the signature on the job in the browser. It is on while time tracking is on, and you can switch it off for your company.
